The Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Awareness Foundation informs the community about the role of emotional trauma in mental, physical, and behavioral health, and implements innovative models that provide preventable and sustainable solutions to reducing toxic stress in family systems. The Foundation launched and provides strategic oversight to the ACE Task Force of Shelby County, the Universal Parenting Places, and the Parenting Support Warm Line.

United Way of the Mid-South exists to improve the quality of life for Mid-Southerners by mobilizing and aligning community resources to address priority issues.

Believing that youth mentoring is a top priority because of the evidence of its effectiveness in helping young people, the Grizzles TEAM UP’s support of youth mentoring includes funding, mentor recruitment and recognition, public awareness, training and program development and assistance.
